• Enquiry and quote forms: name, email address, and optionally phone number, business name, budget range and the message you write.
• Technical data: the IP address used to submit a form, which we use briefly to limit spam and abuse.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote or demo, and keep the website secure. We do not sell personal information.

Where it goes

Form messages are emailed to our team through an email delivery service. We will tell you in writing if we move to a different provider or add a database to store enquiries.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

We count visits with a simple tool built into this website. For each page viewed it records the page address (without anything after a question mark), the website the visitor came from, the type of device, the country, the time, and a random-looking code that is mixed from the visitor’s connection and browser with a secret and the date. The code cannot be turned back into an IP address, it changes every day, and no cookie is used. We do not store IP addresses for this purpose. Visitors who send a Do Not Track signal are not counted.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to answer them and manage any resulting project or order, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Use the contact page to make a request.

Children

Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. Please do not send us personal information about children through the forms.
