About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Shenzee Tech website, our software products, the Digital Store or our services. Shenzee Tech provides them.
Software subscriptions
Subscription plans, trial periods and included features are described on each product page or in the quote we give you. Plans can change; we will tell existing customers in advance of any change that affects them.
Services and quotes
Development and support work is delivered against a written scope and quote. A quote is valid for the period stated in it. Timelines depend on the scope and on the information and feedback we receive. We do not guarantee results that depend on your business decisions or on third-party systems we do not control.
Digital products
Digital files are licensed to you for your own use, not resold or shared. Delivery and refunds follow our Refunds & Digital Delivery policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to access systems you are not authorised to use, submit false information, or use our forms to send spam.
Intellectual property
The Shenzee Tech name, logos, website content and software belong to Shenzee Tech or its licensors. Customer data belongs to the customer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
